Risk Assessment

Eptco develop a procedure for describe the methodologies to be adopted in performing the process of Risk Management involving the establishment for hazard identification, analysis, evaluation, treatment, ongoing monitoring and review, communication and consultations of risks.

The scope of the procedure or working instruction specifies the tasks to be undertaken in the determination and assessment of Health, Safety and Environment Risks.

Risk Management is recognized as an integral part of good management practice. It is an iterative process consisting of steps, which, when undertaken in sequence, enable continual improvement in decision making. Risk Management is term applied to a logical and systematic method of establishing, identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating, monitoring, reviewing, communicating and consulting risk associated with any activity, function or process in a way that will enable the Contractor to minimize losses and maximize opportunities.

Further detail regarding the Risk Management shall be developed in the Safety and Risk Management Plan.
